Vanta Padel is currently in an early growth phase. We are not hiring at scale yet. The team is small, the product is in active development, and the focus is on building something genuinely good before expanding rapidly.
As the platform launches, gains club adoption and grows its player base, we will open roles across the business. We want to find people early — before we post job descriptions — so we can build relationships with the right people before we urgently need them.
We are not filling roles right now — but we are building a pipeline of people who understand what we are building and want to be part of it. If that's you, we'd rather hear from you now than after a job post goes up.

We do not require you to play padel — but it helps. What matters most is expertise, care for the product and a willingness to work in a fast-moving environment where your contribution will be visible and meaningful.
