Vanta Padel is developing watch support to make on-court scoring faster, simpler and more connected — letting players track the match from their wrist without breaking rhythm.
The simplest version of the wrist experience is also the most important: being able to update the score between points without reaching for a phone. Vanta Padel is building a watch interface designed for exactly this — a glanceable, tap-to-update scoring view that stays out of the way and does its job.
No setup screens mid-match. No notifications interrupting play. Just a clean score display and fast input at a glance.
Where watch support is available, scoring activity and session data can sync with the Vanta player app. This means the match you tracked on your wrist shows up automatically in your match history, contributing to your stats, win rates and performance profile without any manual input.
The watch and mobile experience are designed as one connected system. What you track on court feeds directly into what you see off it.
The watch experience is intentionally lightweight. Padel moves quickly — the app should too. Vanta Padel's watch design is focused on minimising cognitive load during play: large, readable score displays, single-tap point entry and haptic confirmation so you can keep your eyes on the court.
Single-tap input
Point updates without interrupting play
Glanceable UI
Score visible at a glance without unlocking
Haptic feedback
Confirm inputs without looking at the screen
Watch support is not a replacement for AI-assisted scoring. It is a complementary layer — giving players a fast and familiar way to track scores when court-based AI or camera systems are not available, while still feeding that data back into the same platform.
In venues with full AI scoring deployed, the watch experience can shift from input to display — showing live AI-tracked scores directly on the wrist without requiring any manual entry from the player.
Vanta Padel intends to support both Apple Watch (watchOS) and Android Wear (Wear OS) wearable experiences where technically available. Platform support will be communicated as the product development timeline becomes clearer.
Players interested in watch support can join early access to receive priority updates and be considered for early beta testing as watch features are developed.
